We are excited to be planning another get-together at Totara Springs Christian Centre, for HEART 2023! Home-Schooling Mums across NZ have grown tremendously in the last few years and the need to gather, be encouraged and blessed in our home-schooling journey has also increased as the day approaches. Heb 10:25
This year we have new Team Leaders, Sheena Harris and Amy Culley. Their passion for inspiring the hearts of women in the things of God and Home Education is contagious and they have an exciting group of helpers, speakers, and workshops lined up for you.
Whether you are exploring home-schooling to see if it could be the right fit for your family but haven’t yet taken the plunge, or you’re just starting out, or you have been home-schooling for many years already, this is the retreat for you!
HEART is a safe place to ask questions, and gain wisdom by listening to godly advise and others experiences. A place to sit in God’s presence and hold your children’s needs up to Him. To have all your meals prepared for you. To soak in the hot pool and melt away any stress you might be experiencing. To take a walk through the beautiful native bush and enjoy the wonders of nature. Or to simply sit and chat with other like-minded mums over a hot drink. HEART is a place to recharge. A place to enjoy refreshment and gain new knowledge, inspiration and strength for your journey ahead.
